  Groups registration

  • Every member of the group needs to fill out the registration form with personal data and sign the privacy policy.

     

  • 1. Individual registration form File

    The representative of the group will have to insert the users data, collected with the forms, in the file “REGISTRATION GROUP FORM”.

     

  • 2. Registration group form File
  •  

    To complete the registration simply send the filled table to this email address: erasmus@cfiformazione.it.

    The login credentials for every user will be send to the representative of the group.
